CMEL is downloadable software that insurance brokers can use to see if a motorcycle owner has installed
a Merlin 3000 or Viper 220MAX. This is part of the certification program with Quebec insurance.

- Click here to download the software.
- In the download dialog box, click Save.
- Locate the saved file on your computer and double-click to start the installation process.

The installer "unpacks" the files needed to continue. A dialog box tracks this process which takes less than a
minute. Then the installer displays the welcome screen. Click the OK button to continue with the installation.
